5 Online Shops Slaying the Halloween T-Shirt Game

Where to find Halloween and horror T-shirts

(and support the artists who make them)

Last week, we got glam with our favorite Halloween dressy pinup looks. This week, we’re running to the grocery store and watching true crime docs in spooky, pre-shrunk cotton style.

Where to find Halloween and horror T-shirts online

This is my first list, but I will add more as I get feedback from you!

MISCHIEF MADE

Yuri Houston’s vintage pinup tattoo designs are the stuff my dreams are made of.

I found Mischief Made through a collab with Unique Vintage when I bought the Book of Spells T-Shirt (bottom left). I found so much more on this site – including these throw pillows that will definitely grace my couch this fall.

The Mischief Made EVERYDAY is HALLOWEEN Collection is out now!

MURDER APPAREL

If you love Halloween, horror movies AND true crime, Murder Apparel has got you covered.

Murder Apparel shows up on other big sites like Creepy Co., but I prefer to buy directly from this site. Maybe it’s because Murder Apparel often collaborates with other artists or highlights their work on its’ social. Or it might be because it has one of the more endearing About pages out there.

You can shop several collections on Murder Apparel’s site, including Halloween and a rare True Crime section for my fellow Bailey Sarian fans.

STEVEN RHODES

Steven Rhodes’ twisted nostalgia is all over the internet. His designs are carried by sites like Wicked Clothes, Loot Crate and even Spirit Halloween. They’ve probably even made their way into your social media feed.

Rhodes’ own site is the best place to peruse these nightmarish send-ups since it boasts the most extensive selection. Available collections include Occult, Sinister 70s and Animals (Mostly Cats).

P.S. Rhodes is also very much into the midcentury modern aesthetic. Peep this living space

ANDREA YOUNG ART

I wouldn’t generally take you to Redbubble since the stock photos aren’t great, but I really love Andrea Young.

I found Young via her Instagram and have fallen in love with her art. She mostly sells prints in her Etsy shop, but I was so excited to see some tees on her Redbubble that I had to share.

Go check out her Etsy and Insta and tell me what you think!

TEE PUBLIC

I tried not to showcase a lot of the big sites, choosing instead to focus on labels sold on those sites. When it comes to Tee Public, though, I felt it belonged here.

It boasts a huge selection of tees, most of which come from independent artists who sell through the site.

Maybe that’s why I feel like there are more superfan designs on this site that make me laugh out loud.

I mean, how many people get the crudely-drawn Buffy reference? Or the sanitarium driving class that Michael Myers must have taken (because, as the T-shirt tagline says, “somebody must have taught him”)?

You can check out the Horror section, just be sure to go in with some search terms to narrow down your selection. Otherwise, you may end up canceling plans and sending people links to shirts like Ash and Evil Ash recreating the Spiderman pointing meme, like I did.

More Options

Sourpuss – I’d intended to feature Sourpuss, it’s not my go-to for tees this year. It does feature a lot of great artists, though, so be sure to check them out.

Miss Ladybug California – I just found out about this shop, so I don’t know much about it. The look, though, is EVERYTHING.

Ghoulbabe – If your darkside has a pastel side, Ghoulbabe is for you. It’s damned cute over there.

Now, I want to hear from you.

Have you tried any of these sites? Got any reviews?

What did I miss?

Is there a rad Esty shop out there I need to run to before I spend all my money on (even more) Halloween decorations?
